Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your RetentionMate AI subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard.

  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (the period you have already paid for).
  • At the end of that cycle, your account will be downgraded to a restricted state, and you will not be charged again.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date.

2. Refund Policy

Because RetentionMate incurs immediate infrastructure and AI processing costs on your behalf the moment you upload data, we do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing periods. All purchases are considered final.

Exceptions to this rule are made strictly at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate billing caused by a system error.
  • A major technical outage that prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period.

3. Data Upon Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does not immediately delete your account or your uploaded CSV data. You will simply lose access to premium AI prediction features. If you wish to permanently delete your data, you must use the "Delete Account" function in your Settings dashboard, which will permanently wipe your customer data from our servers.

4. Free Trials

If you are enrolled in a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once a charge has been processed at the end of a trial, it is subject to our standard non-refundable policy.
