Your uploaded CSV data is processed via Google's Gemini AI to generate sentiment scores. We store the processed results securely in our database so you can view your dashboard history.

Additionally, we use your data to:

  • Provide, manage, and maintain our services.
  • Offer customer support and technical assistance.
  • Send critical transactional emails (e.g., password resets, billing updates).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential third-party service providers to operate our platform:

  • Google Gemini AI: For processing CSV data to predict churn.
  • Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
  • Paddle: For subscription billing and payment processing.

We use industry-standard Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is completely isolated. No other users can access your uploaded customer information.

We retain your personal data and uploaded CSVs only as long as your account is active to provide you with dashboard history. If you delete your account, your data is permanently purged from our primary databases.
